a day with less drama

Well, the proctor drama was lower today. There was a number of exam issues. I redid all the proctor schedules. I sent off lots of incident reports. This session is really going a lot better than last session. But then last session I didn't really have a clue and we were soo backlogged on everything because I had no capacity to get ahead. This session I have enforced deadlines, which has allowed us to keep on top of things and not be so swamped as we were last term. Deadlines can be a very good thing!
