Tetanus

I had an appointment with a nurse practicioner in our doctors office to get checked out today. She concluded that I was healthy horse-like on most things but that I needed a tetanus shot. Apparently you are supposed to have one every ten years. My arm is pretty sore.

I'm also pretty thirsty, because I forgot the water that I normally bring. I went to the little cafe here, but the orange juice they had looked wierd and other than that it was just pop. I thought I'd be ok but my office is pretty hot and it's only been about 10 mins since I got back from checking out the cafe and I'm thirsty again.

Marisa died yesterday. I am sad for her family. Sad indeed.
