Jambalaya

The picture isn't too good because the light is the stove light, which apparently shows up kind of orangey. I made a jambalaya with turkey sausages, yellow pepper, tomato, salsa, cajun seasoning and brown rice. Enough for tomorrow too.
I wrapped all the present and finished my Christmas cards. Most I hope to deliver at Church tomorrow if the weather isn't too bad. I'm still planning a shepherd's pie too. It has started snowing in Toronto.
I'm really tired now, as the night was not too good, but I need to clean up my kitchen so I have room to make the pie in the morning! Besides 7:30 is too early for my bedtime. The boys are watching hockey night in Canada.
