Advanced white

James took a test on Saturday at his karate class and passed on to the next belt (the pieces of tape on the belt show this in case you wonder why he is standing in the picture like that). He went from white to advanced white. He was so excited he wanted me to take the pics above even though the rest of his uniform was in the wash.

Batman came over today- he wasn't wearing his cape and he didn't have a sidekick but he told me lots of things about bats. Like how he looks for droppings and 'grease' on the flashing for evidence of their infestation. He feels pretty good about the situation and thinks they are probably gone. He'll remove the batcone in a week or so if we don't have any more problems.
