schooner

Yesterday at lunchtime I took a walk down by the water in honour of Omi. I saw a boat there with many sails (like the schooner on the dime). It seemed to do a circular route of the area and at first this made me think. If you had a sailboat wouldn't you just go in the direction of the wind? But I guess you can turn the sails so you can go in all directions.

Last night someone blasted music at 1:45am and I didn't get back to sleep until 3:45am ish.

James is having real difficulty with panic attacks. I have an appointment with a counsellor recommended by Mike M. but it's not until later in September. James is hopeful this will help.
